Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Abengoa en Afrique du Sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MAI a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la due diligence technique, y compris une \u00e9valuation de l&#039;\u00e9tat actuel de l&#039;actif, de son rendement et de ses caract\u00e9ristiques techniques.
