We are pleased to announce that our colleague, Mr. <\/a>Juan Manuel Gonz\u00e1lez Mart\u00edn, Head of Consultancy at our Environment Iberia Business Unit, participated as a speaker at the IX Energy Campus today morning. During his 45-minute presentation on the environmental impacts of energy, he shared valuable insights on how the production, transport, and transformation of electricity, like any other human activity, entail a series of impacts on the environment and health. These impacts vary depending on the type of generation and transformation infrastructure. Understanding and controlling these impacts within the energy mix is crucial as we advance in the current energy transition model, where renewable energy is replacing traditional electricity generation based on fossil fuels.

Carrying out a correct evaluation of these impacts, in terms of their current processing and the achievement of environmental objectives, is essential to the process. This requires the efforts of multidisciplinary teams and the support of appropriate tools. We extend our sincere thanks to our colleague for his contribution and to the event organizers for providing this platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
